LensVillage - review!

Here is a little review on a pair of circle-lenses that I recently got sponsored

from the online shop:

I know it might be biased since I was sponsored and thus first contacted by them instead of it being the other way around, but I´d like to add that when they first contacted me, I was quite busy at the time and had no opportunity to properly recieve lenses due to traveling and etc. so I think they were very patient waiting for me and always seemed very nice whenever I spoke with them. Therefore I give them five out of five in contact!

Again, I didn´t pay for these personally, but I am still able to say that the price for these lenses are quite good. I have seen places charge a bit more for lenses, but also their prices are fair and standardly low, and I think that pushing it under 23$ for a pair of lenses that has a circumference this big is really good! As you can see from the screen shot from their website,
they are able to show you a lot of different valuta-ranges on their website alone!
Definitely owing up to a full five point on price!

This might be due to many things. The postal service in my country can be slow sometimes, but sometimes it might be others mistakes that lead to a bit of waiting. I am not 100% sure of the exact amount of time it took for the lenses to arrive, but I am pretty sure it was around 2 weeks and perhaps a couple of days more than that. It was not bad at all, but still not matching a full five of five in shipping.

I was really, really excited about these lenses. I have wanted to try out green circle-lenses for a long time, since my eyes are what they call "hazel", but really has mostly green in them with brown thrown on top in the form of stars, so you can´t really tell unless you are quite close... anyway, I wanted to bring out the green more, deciding to go with these lenses. I was set on the light and natural green colour I had seen on the pictures in the website, so I was a bit surprised to see that the lenses I got was a bit darker and more intensely green. So, you could say that these lenses are more for cosplaying or when you really want people to notice your eyes a lot! They quite stand out! However, they feel very natural to wear and you can´t really tell that you are wearing them when you´ve put them on. So, I´ll give them a little minus for the colour being off in sutch a noticeable degree, but as lenses in general they work really great for enlargement and look quite cute. I was even told it made me resemble Rapunzel a bit haha. So, I will give them four out of fice points in quality & comfort!

My over-all rating for these circle lenses is 4.5 points out of 5! I was not 100% happy with the difference in colour, but that is the only issue I can see with these lenses. I am not so bothered by it that it stops me from wearing them, I am quite happy with them by now! I am absolutely sure I will buy from lensvillage again though, because they variety of lenses is really great, and they have really good prices to offer. Also, they have good size-ranges as well and you can get your lenses both with subcrition or without it if you just like wearing lenses for the effect of it! (like me, haha ^^)
So I give them almost a full score in total!

Cosqueen circle lens review

A while ago, I got a message on my tumblr account from this really sweet and lovely girl running a facebook shop called "Cosqueen"! ^^ She asked me if I would like to review some circle lenses from her, and that I could freely choose whatever type I would like from her selection!

I felt awfully flattered offcourse, having this be my very first sponsored deal,
so I happily, though anxiously agreed to it! ^^

I choose to go with a series I have wanted to try out for a while,
and since it was sponsored, I decided to go for a fun and kinda crazy colourway!

So, I went with EOS King Barbie series in violet!

So we messaged back and forth for a while, and she told me she would get back to me
when she had got the lenses from her delivery source in Korea! ^^

So I waited, a couple of months perhaps? I had almost forgot about our deal,
when I got the pleasant message that she had sendt my lenses and they were on their way ;v;

After that, it took less than two weeks for the lenses to reach my home, and one pleasant friday afternoon, this little thingie was awaiting my arrival home in my mailbox :3

So I unwrapped it and found that it was nicely wrapped in bubblewrap with more stickers!

As it seems, I belive she is the same girl that holds a etsy shop called Alice Dear! ^^

So I got a nice visit card from that shop aswell!

This is everything I got, completely unwrapped!

I even got a return cupon! It says you get a 5% discount if you want to return your order!

That is the first time I´v seen it in any kind of order I´ve made,

but indeed its a great idea and its very nice. More people should have that! ^^

Sooo, I soaked my lenses for over night, and left them for another day because I was a bit too tired to try them on, but today, I finally wore them :)

Here is a picture with one lens on and the other of my regular eye!

As you can see, the enlargement is quite visible! It is not as big of a difference as my other lenses, but I really like it! ^^ I believe the enlargement was set to 14, whilst I´ve had 15 before?
The colour is also very vibrant and good!

And here is both lenses worn at once! ^v^

I am quite pleased with these lenses! They are, as I mentioned before, a little bit smaller than my previous lenses, but I think that adds to a more natural look! Also, they match perfectly with my new hair, which is really nice :3 (I´m sorry for not posting about my new hair yet >.> Its been three weeks allready...)

So as this is a slightly different review than what I´ve done before, I couldn´t judge upon everything that I usually do. I will say though that based on communication, shipping, service and lens quality I will give this shop

5/5 possible points!

They feel really great on, they don´t hurt at all, and I love the effect they have on my eyes.

The prices are really good also, these lenses go for around 15$ now during the summer, and that is definitely a great offer that you should check out if you want some new, super cute circle lenses ;)

Circlelens2u review + outfits

Howdy!

A couple of days ago, I got my new circle lenses and lense cases in the mail. I was so happy because this ment I could finally try out false lashes to see how I look with them!

Since these are only the second time I have ordered circle lenses, I was very nervous about it!

The last time I ordered, it was from Honeycolor, but this time a friend of mine tipped me on that I should try this great webpage called Circlelens2u.

They have a great selection of circle lenses, in all kinds of cute designs! The only downer, was that they don´t provide lens cases, so I had to buy those on my own seperately. Luckily I found a really cheap set of ten cases on ebay, so now I don´t have to think of that for quite some time.

I ordered the lenses around the 24th of February. It was shipped out on the 25th.

It took about two weeks (13 days) until it arrived. Exactly as I assumed,

since it was shipped from South Korea after all ;-)

Communication/service 3/5

I didn´t do much communication with them, but I will judge this from the emails I have got from them after making the order. Even though the package was shipped on the 25th, I wasn´t informed about this until three days later, on the 28th! So it was a bit slow. Other than that, I appreciate that you have the option of checking out as a guest when you order. I rarely like making accounts all over the place if I can avoid it, since I might not even order from somewhere more than once.

Packaging 4/5

When I got the package, it was inside an envelope that was a bit bigger than the box itself.

Inside, as you can see, I found this brown cardboard box with a small strip of tape on the opening.

Inside, the circle lens glasses were packed in bubblewrap. There was no visit card or any sign at all that the package came from Circlelens2u. I think they should atleast have provided some kind of thank you note. Still I give them 4 out of 5 since they had a sturdy and nice packaging!

I got Sweet Cat blue and Diamond Star silver

Colour/effect 5/5

The two pairs I got, are called Sweet Cat in Blue, because those are the ones my friend has, and I wanted to see how blue lenses would look on me, and I also got Diamond Star in Silver simply because the design was so pretty *v* Trying out totally new colours!

Sadly, the blue lenses turned out very dark on my eyes.

As you can see, it is only barely visible that they are blue! I really like the enlagement effect these have though. I think they look really nice on me, so I still give them a top score, even though I wish the blue was more visible...

The Diamond Star Silver ones were a lot darker, and I was really excited to see

how the diamond pattern would look in on my eyes!

The enlargement in these are about the same as the other ones, still I feel like they look a tiny bit smaller for some reason. The diamond pattern is quite visible, but I am not sure how I like it on my eyes. What do you think?

Comfort 5/5

At first, both lense pairs felt a bit uncomfortable, but that stopped very soon. I guess it´s only since I am a bit unused to wearing them, and I haven´t been doing it for such a long time! The blue lenses had this thing that sometimes they became a bit blurry, if I had my eyes opened for a long amount of time, but after som blinking it was quite allright again. With both lenses, they eventually feel so natural to wear that I sometimes forget they are there/have to check

that they are still in place, haha ^^

In total: 4/5

Conclution: I will definetely order from Circlelens2u once again. They have such an amazing selection of circle lenses, and even with their small faults, like not providing lens cases, they run a top-marked store that I would reccomend to anyone wanting to order circle lenses :)

As well as this review, I have some new outfits from this weekend to show you!

Yesterday, I wore a french inspired outfit. I wore it with my blue circle lenses, and since they are called "Sweet Cat" I tried to bring the cat element into my outfit as well.

As you might have noticed, my haircolour is different! I used a white toner in my hair some days ago, to lighten my hair further to prepare it for colouring it lilac/lavender, and because I left it in for such a long time, it ended up giving my hair a light lilac tint! I am going to bleach it atleast once more, before I´m going to colour it for real, and I will let you guys know at once when I do :)
